Katharina Kerres

Coaches
Katharina has seen leadership from every angle that matters. She started at the United Nations, building workforce skills for young people across Africa and Asia. Then she founded and scaled her own company into a multimillion-euro business — learning entrepreneurship the hard way, from the inside. After the pandemic she joined Deloitte's Workforce Organization & Transformation team, leading leadership development and change programs for global corporations and public institutions. Today she runs her own coaching and consulting practice, working with founders, executives, and leadership teams navigating growth and complexity. Her focus: helping people build purpose-driven careers aligned with who they actually are, and helping organizations build cultures that put people at the center. ACC (ICF), with master's degrees from the London School of Economics and WU Vienna.
