On 16 September 2026, Bernhard Kerres will present pausenlos.ai on stage for the first time, together with Dietmar Muchitsch, founder and managing director of wolke blau. The occasion is AI Circle Vol V, the monthly event series run by the Graz digital agency wolke blau, in which BKF holds a shareholding.
pausenlos.ai is an AI assistant for company websites, developed under Bernhard Kerres' technical lead. It answers freely worded visitor questions, books appointments, advises in online shops, and analyzes every conversation.
The evening opens the workshop door. The live demo follows a visitor's question through to a confirmed appointment booking and shows the assistant making concrete product recommendations in a shop. A look into the dashboard reveals what visitors actually ask - the questions that never show up in click statistics. Kerres and Muchitsch will also speak openly about what building it taught them: the technology and its limits, GDPR and the EU AI Act, and how their view of what a website is has fundamentally changed.
An open discussion follows, then drinks and conversation.
