On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the second Fearless Career Day brings together ten speakers for one full online day, starting at 12:00 CET.
It is built on a simple premise: one full day, made for musicians who would rather build a career than audition for one. Hosts Deanna Petre, Michelle Lynne, and Bernhard Kerres open the day, followed by hourly sessions - Jessica Phillips on self-advocacy, Yvonne Pirkner on rethinking concert formats, Dr. Molly Gebrian on the science of better practice, Rosalyn Aninyei on the AfriClassical Project, Andreas Rathammer on working with record labels, Ben Bliss on being the CEO of your own career, John Blackburn on motivation, Robert Guy on big art in small places, and Dylan Moscovitch on artistic authenticity.
